Anastasia Beverly Hills Pro Pencil is a full-coverage highlighting and concealing eyebrow pencil that defines the brow. The multitasking pencil helps you achieve clean definition and highlights the brow bone. The full-pigment, powder-like formula delivers enough coverage to conceal stray brow hairs in between waxing appointments.
The wider tip of the pencil perfectly covers the width of the brow bone, delivering the ideal amount of highlight.
- To start, warm the eyebrow pencil on the back of your hand before applying.
- Then, apply Pro Pencil at the base of the brow and swipe from the front of the brow through the tail end.
- Finally, blend using Brush 20 for a smooth finish.
- For those with dry skin, use a moisturizer before applying Pro Pencil. It can also be applied along the lip line, as an eye shadow base or used as a concealer anywhere on the complexion.
Pro Tips:
- Use one drop of Hydrating Oil to prep skin for tweezing and to ensure safe removal of hair.
- Pull the hair in the direction of natural growth to ensure proper removal of hair without leaving gaps in the brow.
- Use Pro Pencil to highlight the area you want to tweeze to avoid over-tweezing.

Can’t Be Fooled A 3rd Time!
My review is based on my age possibly having something to do with the rating I am giving this product. It is hard and does not glide on like the video displays. I got the lightest shade and it doesn’t look like I have anything on highlighting my brows or other parts of my eyes I applied it to. I have to swipe over and over again to get it to transfer. My skin literally throbs after I used. I tried once, I tried twice and now I will see if my daughter finds it works for her.

Not for fair skinned
Base 1 color is a bit too dark for fair skinned people, I'm NC15 for reference. Didn't find it blended out well either, it looked very textured and cakey.
