Brush has changed in a bad way.

It used to be much more stiff.. The new one pretty much softens after 2 uses. Will not purchase again.

Help question

used the 7b brush once and it is no longer a firm precise tip! It completely seperated. Is there any way I can fix it?? LOVED the brush went I first used it before the separation happened!! PLEASE HELP!!
