Can’t Be Fooled A 3rd Time!
1My review is based on my age possibly having something to do with the rating I am giving this product. It is hard and does not glide on like the video displays. I got the lightest shade and it doesn’t look like I have anything on highlighting my brows or other parts of my eyes I applied it to. I have to swipe over and over again to get it to transfer. My skin literally throbs after I used. I tried once, I tried twice and now I will see if my daughter finds it works for her.

Not for fair skinned
2Base 1 color is a bit too dark for fair skinned people, I'm NC15 for reference. Didn't find it blended out well either, it looked very textured and cakey.
